I was so excited to meet Corrin and Tim in Portsmouth the other day. We had only chatted on the phone once before and I couldn’t wait to get to know them more and hear their story.
Corrin found Tim through social media and they messaged each other back and forth for a few weeks before meeting face to face. Finally they decided to go on their first date, which was ax throwing. Hard core first date! After throwing around some axes they went out to dinner. It was history from the first date, they both knew that they had found the one!
Tim asked Corrin’s daughter Layla and Corrin’s dad for her hand in marriage. After they both said yes Tim planned a proposal to happen while they were on their vacation on Cape Cod, but unfortunately the ring he picked out for Corrin wasn’t ready before they left. As soon as they got back, the ring was ready. He held onto it for several weeks waiting for the perfect time to pop the question. Then one day they were all getting ready to go to his sister’s house to visit family and Corrin was wearing a white dress, so Tim thought…this is it! He proposed to Corrin on the sun porch with family all around.
I can’t wait to hang out with these two again next year at one of my favorite venues, Powder Major’s Farm!
