The day started off at an air bnb right on the water that Kelsey’s family had actually rented for the past 12 summers! She felt right at home as her and her bridesmaids had their hair and makeup done! The looked absolutely stunning! Joe got ready in a nearby air bnb where they shared a shot of whiskey and put on their suits. Talk about a good looking wedding party!
They opted to do a first-look at a nearby park before their church ceremony. We could hear the waves crashing as the beautiful moment unfolded. Then all of a sudden we heard sirens, a massive parade was happening and all of the surrounding towns brought their fire trucks! What an overstimulating 10 minutes! We certainly will not soon forget that! We took some beautiful portraits anyway and then headed to the church.
The Stage Neck Inn in York, Maine certainly makes for a beautiful day.
When we all arrived at the Stage Neck Inn and saw the reception space, our jaws hit the ground. Kelsey began crying as she saw how elegant and beautiful everything was set up.
A big perk of Stage Neck Inn is that you have so many options for sunset photos. There is a beautiful light colored gravel walkway, cliffs so quintessential Maine, and a beach! It was such a beautiful evening from start to finish!
