I had never seen Hampton Beach as busy as it was Wednesday evening! I am so thankful we both found parking and found each other on the crowded beach among all the chaos. Julia, Ali, and I found a little private nook in the sand dunes, and it was suddenly like we were the only ones on the beach! These two are so easy to chat with and have such an amazing story.
Julia and Ali met at work in downtown Boston. Julia worked in the marketing department and Ali was in IT. They were just friends for a long time. They would often go to the office gym together and would chat the whole time. Finally, Ali invited her to accompany him to a wedding, and that was their very first date.
Ali proposed to Julia on Cape Cod where Ali is from. Julia’s family also vacations in Cape Cod every year. Julia thought she planned this whole cookout with both families, but it turned out to be her engagement party.
I cannot wait to see these two again super soon!
