I dream of these types of days in the middle of the winter months. A perfect summer night. Demi, Kenny, and I walked up and down this beautiful stretch of beach as the sun set behind them. As we were finishing up the session a beautiful pink and purple sky appeared, my favorite!
Demi and Kenny met through their moms! Demi worked with Kenny’s mom and a mutual friend asked why Demi and Kenny haven’t tried dating yet. So they decided to give it a shot! Demi texted Kenny first and they texted back and forth for a while. Finally, Kenny asked if she wanted to meet up, just for a walk and then if it was going well they could go get something to eat together. Well the walk went very well and they ended up going to the Chateau Restaurant for their first official date.
Kenny proposed to Demi on his birthday weekend to Ogunquit, ME. He had his mom in on it and she got him a hotel stay for his birthday. Demi had no idea. They went for a walk on Marshall Way and during the walk Kenny got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. Totally caught her off guard. I love a good surprise!
I can’t wait to celebrate these two next year!
