Kaelen and Adam tied the knot at one of the most stunning venues I’ve ever photographed, The Mansion on Turner Hill in Ipswich, MA. From the moment I walked in, I was completely in awe. The ceilings were adorned with the most intricate molded detail, the kind that makes you stop and stare. Massive historic paintings hung on rich wooden walls, with secret doors tucked away like a scene from a mystery novel. Every room had its own charm, like marble and stone fireplaces, a hidden “Master Safe” in the bathroom, and that old-world elegance that felt straight out of a film. (Fun fact: Shutter Island was filmed there!)
I was so happy to see Kaelen and Adam again. They’re the kind of couple that immediately puts you at ease — sweet, calm, funny, and just so comfortable with each other. Their only concern leading up to the big day? Making sure they could smile all day without their faces hurting. I can confidently say they nailed it. Genuine smiles from morning to night.
This was a day centered entirely around family, friends, and connection. There were warm embraces, quiet moments of reflection, joyful tears, and speeches that brought both laughter and emotion to the room. You could feel the love in every corner.
One of the most beautiful aspects of the day was the incorporation of Jewish wedding traditions. The ceremony, led by a Rabbi, included the Seven Blessings (Sheva B’rachot), the signing of the ketubah, and Adam’s joyful stomp on the glass to close out the ceremony. Later, the dance floor came alive during the Hora! A burst of energy and celebration that truly brought everyone together.
Honestly, I could write an 800-word blog describing every detail of this love-filled day at The Mansion on Turner Hill. But for now, I’ll just say how grateful I am to have captured these moments for Kaelen and Adam. Wishing them all the happiness and blessings in the world as they begin this next chapter together.
