When people ask me “how did you meet your husband?” I find myself giving the quick answer. I hardly ever go into detail because it just takes too long to explain. It is a really good story, so this series takes you from how we met all the way to our wedding day!
Catch Up:
My younger sister and I were so excited. Our older sister was coming home to our parent’s house from her tour in Iraq. The three of us haven’t all been together in a long time, we lived in different towns for the last 4 years and we were all going to be under one roof for a week. When my older sister arrived she said that there was somebody that she was deployed with that was stationed at the same base my dad was currently at, in Panama City, and we should all get together and go dancing. We weren’t super into the idea, we had already put our pajamas on and were having a pretty low-key relaxed evening. Around 8 pm we were getting bored and changed our minds, and she organized to meet up with this guy. We started to get ready.
Ben got a phone call from one of his old roommates. “Hey Ben, a girl that I was deployed with is in town with her two sisters and wants to go out, do you want to come?”.
