There are so many things I love about being a wedding photographer! One of them is meeting new couples and knowing after only spending a few minutes with them, you could be friends! I had so much fun with Lauren and Angelo at their engagement session. By the end of our time together we realized we would probably run into each other at a local country concert before their wedding day next October!
We had the most beautiful fall night for their engagement session at Great Island Commons in New Castle, NH. The beach was bustling with photography sessions but Lauren and Angelo caught the eye of every passerby. They were equally as stunning as they were sweet with each other. These two have an undeniable connection and I cannot wait to be a part of their wedding day next year.
Lauren and Angelo met on hinge almost 4 years ago. Soon after meeting, they realized they were both from the same town in MA and shared mutual friends but their paths had never crossed. After spending many date nights and weekends in Portsmouth seeking out the best live music and local restaurants, Angelo knew he wanted to propose to Lauren in one of their favorite places. Angelo proposed to Lauren this past summer in Prescott Park in Portsmouth, NH.
Portsmouth has become such a special place throughout their relationship, they decided there was no better place to celebrate their wedding weekend next October. Lauren and Angelo are getting married next year at a local church and will have their reception at the Envio located right in downtown Portsmouth! I love when couples have connections to their wedding venues/locations – I cannot wait to photograph this sweet couple’s wedding. Until then, I’ll have my eyes peeled for these two at any all local country concerts and live music spots!
