Engagement shoots in Portsmouth never disappoint! I had the pleasure of meeting Sarah and Frank on a warm Fall evening at Strawberry Banke before heading down to the water and then into downtown. Sarah said it perfectly when she said they wanted, a little country, a little coast and a little city to all be included in their engagement photos. The forecast looked iffy with rain just before our session began but Sarah assured me she and Frank were ready for their shoot, rain or shine!
Sarah and Frank were destined for each other. Although they were both a bit skeptical of dating apps at first, these two met on Tinder. After chatting for a few weeks, they went on their first date, hit it off immediately and the rest is history! From their love of the New England Patriots to pumpkin beer, Sarah and Frank are true New Englanders. Their early days of dating included lots of nights out in Boston enjoying the city which ultimately led to their engagement that took place in Chatham, MA. Frank planned a weekend away for the two of them before surprising Sarah and popping the question! Knowing Sarah’s love of penguins, Frank presented her with a smooth pebble as penguins do when they find their “match”. This sweet gesture only added to the special weekend he planned for the two of them! Sarah and Frank recently bought a home and love creating DIY projects and spending time with their rescue dog, Teddy!
Both being from MA, Sarah and Frank are planning a bit of a destination next Fall at the Seacoast Science Center! With the backdrop of the NH coast and these two celebrating their love with their friends and family, their wedding is sure to be as beautiful as it is memorable. I can’t wait to capture your big day!
