Ashleigh and Sean’s wedding at Danversport, Massachusetts, was an unforgettable celebration of love, joy, and togetherness. Nestled along the scenic waterfront, Danversport provided the perfect backdrop for this stunning event. The couple’s day was filled with elegance, romance, and personal touches that made it uniquely their own.
We started our day at Ashleigh’s childhood home. There is something so special about a bride getting ready in the home she grew up in- a place where she grew up as a child, celebrating different aspects of her life, and then getting to celebrate one of the biggest days of her life, her wedding! Once Ashleigh was ready, the bridal party took a limo to the venue and the day was about to take off.
From the moment guests arrived, they were greeted by breathtaking views of the water and a sense of calm that set the tone for the day. It was a chilly December day, and the ceremony took place indoors, under beautiful chandeliers, and the most gorgeous flower arches full of white roses. Ashleigh looked radiant in her dress, followed with a cathedral veil, while Sean stood by her side, dashing in a classic tuxedo.
They shared heartfelt personal vows during the first look, and traditional vows during the ceremony. One of the most special parts of the ceremony was a surprise letter that Ashleigh’s late mother had written. It was so moving, bringing the room to tears.
After the ceremony, guests moved into cocktail hour, with dinner to follow. The dinner was a feast of delicious dishes, and the dance floor quickly filled as everyone celebrated the newlyweds with lively tunes and joyous laughter.
The wedding at Danversport was a perfect reflection of Ashleigh and Sean’s love — full of beauty, laughter, and unforgettable moments. Their celebration of commitment, family, and friendship was a true testament to their deep bond, and a day everyone will cherish forever. I could not have been happier to have my last wedding of the year spent with these two.
