Wagon Hill Farm is such a special place in the fall. I met up with Yejee and Ian and we meandered around a few trails, admiring the changing colors and getting to know each other a little bit.
Yejee and Ian found each other online during COVID. Ian’s profile caught Yejee’s eye because of a photo at their favorite restaurant and his adorable corgi, Bloo. I also got to meet Bloo, and he is super adorable!
Because of the pandemic, they started with a video call. It turned into a 5-hour conversation! Their first in-person date was at a sushi restaurant, but it was the second date that really made their hearts flutter. They sat in a car for 8 whole hours, just talking and realizing there was something special happening. EIGHT HOURS?! It blows my mind!
Fast forward to May 2023. Yejee and Ian were in Bar Harbor and decided to go for a hike despite a rainy day and Yejee accidentally dropping a laptop on her foot (ouch!). Right there on the ocean path Ian asked Yejee to marry him. Spoiler alert…she said yes!
I adored capturing their love during this session – the smiles, the jokes, and the love. I can’t wait to capture their wedding day next year!
