Maggie and Devon have known each other for quite some time, since they were 14! They love adventure, nature, and just being together. They currently live in North Carolina and have been there for 5 years. Both of their families live in NH, so they decided to get married up here. Lucky us! Maggie and Devon were friends all through high school and ended up going to the same college for their undergrad. One day, Devon asked Maggie to go get ice cream (which wasn’t uncommon) but this time he made it clear that it was a date! They have been dating ever since!
Devon proposed to Maggie by telling her they were going to spend Halloween at a cabin in the woods in Boone, NC. They hiked up a mountain to check out the sunset and much to Maggie’s surprise he got down on one knee and proposed! Even more to her surprise was that there was a photographer there to capture the whole event. None of that even compared to the surprise that her family was waiting for them in the cabin when she came back! Her family had traveled from NH and CA to be there! What an epic proposal!
Their wedding is going to be a blast! We are so excited to celebrate these two! Enjoy some of my absolute favorites from their beautiful sunny engagement session!
