I met Christine and Eric at Great Island Commons in New Castle, NH on one of the warmest days we have had this summer. As the sun started to go down, the temperature and humidity dropped on the coast but these two kept the evening warm and light with their undeniable chemistry and love for each other!
Christine and Eric have known each other since the 6th grade and have a love story for the books. They attended their 8th grade semi formal together (which Christine found a picture of years later tucked away in Eric’s yearbook). As they navigated high school and college independently, they maintained a strong friendship within their large friend group and ultimately gave into the pressure of friends when they finally went on their first date! As the saying goes, “the rest is history”!
Eric proposed to Christine the same way they spent their first day – fishing out on Rye Harbor! Their engagement day was filled with lots of surprises for Christine that Eric had planned. Much like their early days of friendship and dating, their friends were there to support and celebrate these two on their engagement day, After their intimate day out on the boat, they arrived home that evening, to a neighborhood filled with all of their friends and family! It is clear these two hold their friends and family close and value their relationship with their loved ones.
As we spent the evening walking around Great Island Commons, I felt like I got a glimpse into what their wedding day may look like next summer on Lake Winnipesaukee, NH! Lots of fun, light heartedness, romance and love… these two plan to have a packed dance floor and big party with all of those who have supported them along their journey. I had such a fun night with Christine and Eric – I can’t wait to capture your wedding day next summer!
