Fall weather was showing off in Portsmouth this past weekend! It was a perfect mix of warm yet crisp air and the backdrop of foliage all around.
I met Courtney and Pat on a beautiful October evening at Strawberry Banke in Portsmouth, NH. I always love meeting couples who have never experienced Portsmouth and watching them fall in love with this little city’s charm. We started our session in Strawberry Banke and moved our way down to the water before a quick outfit change and some shots in the city! Courtney and Pat came dressed to impress and had perfectly coordinated outfits!
Courtney and Pat met in college at Hobart and William Smith Colleges in upstate New York. They both share strong connections and a lot of pride in their alma mater, as they were both athletes there. Pat was a football player and Courtney played basketball. Their college holds a special place in their hearts as it is where they met and also where Pat proposed to Courtney during a reunion weekend surrounded by their family and friends! They have since become New Englanders, where Courtney is originally from, and are planning their wedding for next September in Beverly, MA.
Courtney and Pat have many connections not only to their college friends but to childhood friends and their family/siblings. It was so sweet hearing them talk about who will be in their wedding as bridesmaids and groomsmen next fall! I can’t wait to see these two next September for their big day where they will celebrate with all of their closest friends and family. Congratulations you two!
